At least three people were injured when a race vehicle flipped into the stands at Volusia Speedway Park in Florida Sunday night at the DirtCar Nationals.According to ABC Orlando affiliate WFTV, the vehicle entered the stands just before 9:30 p.m. during a DIRTcar World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint auto Series qualifying event. According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, accident witness Amber Janney Cox of Orange City said she watched Blaney’s auto “bounce up on the grass area and then bounce up over the fence”. “When those (cars) get flipping and go over the fence, it’s to each your own, run”, said Bruce Weber.
